An incredible piece with v-neck stand collar and huge balloon sleeves. The cream fabric is draped is layers and finished with green and red ribbon. With striking burn out velvet shoulders and cuffs. The entire garment is finished with green and red piping that adds an extra level of glamour. A truly amazing piece.
