Stunning vintage 60s electric blue victoriana gown with huge, extravagent waterfall sleeves. This incredible piece has a high neck collar with pork-pie ruffle, a straight bust and flattering a-line skirt. A large tie can be used to cinch the waist further. Made from a thick vintage polyester.
